Location was very good within walking distance to the town line 5 minutes,and 29 minutes to the lake passing lovely shops restaurants,cafes and pubs on the way, room was like a hotel bedroom with a lot of extras like a kitchenette ,fridge,kettle ,toaster, microwave so handy if you wanted to make breakfast etc, very clean so definitely recommend it.

BRILLIANT All newly refurbished Very Clean Was ideal for staying f 1 or 2 nights has microwave toaster etc. Family rooms are fantastic & large.. 7 of us stayed using 3 separate rooms. Staff contact by phone very HELPFUL At any time. Highly Recommend.😁

 Verified The best dog friendly hotel in the lakes
We always come here at least 3-4 times a year. It’s by far the best dog friendly hotel in the lakes. We have tried a few over the years. Parking is convenient straight outside, rear gardens are lovely too. Ideal that its self check in with codes on the doors. Clean, modern and located in a wonderful part of the Lake District close to a range of shops, restaurants and cafes. The kitchenette was really handy for making hot drinks, a big fridge and tidy space. The tv had a wide selection of channels for relaxing after long walks in the landscape. Great shower. Very large comfortable bed, colour changing lights above, large TV and doors leading straight out into the garden which was appreciated as we had a little dog with us. Wooden bench to sit on and soak up the sun. GHD straighteners (perfect) and hairdryer, Dyson blade less fan. Located close to town centre and only a 20 minute wander down to Bowness on Windermere and the lake. Fab!
