You’re all booked up, but if you want to make any changes or add a little something extra, just email us or there’s always the option to call our host.

At Kotel you can benefit of a 24/7 self check-in. The keycode to your room will be sent to you by SMS and email between 12:00 and 15:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any issues with your access.

Book directly with us or on our website www.kotel.co.uk or via our reservations office between the hours of 9am to 6pm for the best rate, guaranteed.

Children are welcome to stay at Kotel. We can provide you with a travel baby cot and beddings free of charge and/or an extra bed at an additional charge. We will do all our best to honour your requests at any given time however, we encourage you to inform us ahead of your arrival date to make sure we can best accommodate you.

At Kotel we accept dogs up to 12kg for a cost of £30 per stay. We only ask that dogs are not to be left unattended in rooms and owners keep their pets on leads at all times outside the room. However expect a little gift for our furry friends on arrival!

All our studios and apartments benefit of a kitchenette equipped with all the basics you may need during your stay such as microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, water filtration tap system.

We are an aparthotel without reception, therefore, should you ever need any assistance please contact our on-site host 24/7 throughout your stay. Outside of these hours, we have a security company on call available 24/7 . Please note that CCTV is in operation throughout the common areas at Kotel.

All rooms, studios and apartments feature high speed fibre internet at Kotel. Your internet user name and password will be displayed in-room.

Please avoid interfering, moving or disconnecting any equipment relating to the provision of the Internet access as well as using connection for any illegal or immoral purpose (including but not limited to file sharing). Should we be made aware of any such use, we reserve the right to pass on any record to the authorities.

We have an on site 24/7 car park available to all of our guests at Kotel. Parking is available on a first come first served basis, however please be aware that parking beside the hotels side entrance onto Lake Road is unrestricted.

Please be aware that we offer an array of extras from extra beds for children to special touches for anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions.

These can be arranged by booking through our website directly, or by speaking to a member of staff during our reservation office hours open from 9am to 6pm daily.
